This document is valid for a single trip to Vietnam within the specified period, as per the policy outlined. It is issued provided that the applicant's travel document remains valid and is intended solely for tourism and business purposes. Upon entering Vietnam, the applicant will be subject to the country's laws and regulations.
Applicants must ensure that their stay in Vietnam does not exceed the approved duration stated in the document. They are not permitted to engage in employment, enroll in any educational institution, or represent foreign media during their stay.
All applications are considered on individual merit, and the Vietnam High Commission/Consulate has the right to seek additional information at any stage of processing. The fact that an application has been received by the system does not guarantee that the letter will be issued. Vietnam High Commission reserves the right to refuse an application without providing any reason. Applicant shall ensure that they hold a valid Vietnam document before they travel to Vietnam.
Applicants must submit their applications at an appropriate time before travelling to Vietnam. Under no circumstances this site or E Services will not be responsible or liable for any delay of travel arrangement as a result of an applicant's inappropriate action in regard to the time of submitting the application or the assessment result of the High Commission and Consulates.
Applicants must ensure that all information furnished by, or on behalf of the applicant for the application is true and accurate. Any mistake / misinformation caused by the applicants, which results to rejection and re-application, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to re-process and pay for a new application.
It may be revoked at any time and for any reason, such as new information influencing eligibility. Applicants may be subjected to administrative or criminal penalty if they knowingly and wilfully make any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation in an application submitted by the applicant or on the applicant's behalf.
Applicants are required to make payments for the processing fee and approval fee in order to submit the application. Additional fees will be imposed by the online payment gateway service provider for the online payment transactions made between the applicant and the authorized issuing banks. In the event the application is rejected, Approval Fee is subject to refundable on case to case basis and the process of refunding may take up to 5 - 15 days. However, the Processing fee will not be refunded back to the applicants.
Application will be processed within 3 - 5 days from the time the applicants has made payment and the submitted application. The approval of application is under the sole discretion of the Vietnam High Commission/Consulate. Vietnam High Commission/Consulate also reserves the right to decline/rejects an application without providing any reason whatsoever.
The said processing time also does not include unforeseen or uncontrollable events including, but not limited to, system maintenance downtime, ISP equipment failure, host equipment failure, communications network failure, power failure, natural events or acts of war. The Vietnam High Commission/Consulate has the right to reject any applications without providing reasons of rejection. Applicant is acknowledged and confirms that the E Services is not involved in the assessment and decision-making process. The Vietnam High Commission/Consulates has the authority to decide whether will be issued or not, the type of document to be issued as well as its validity, duration of stay and number of entries in accordance with Vietnam's relevant laws and regulations. Applicant is required to pay all the fees to the E Services regardless of the result of the application.
Issuance or approval does not in any way guarantee the applicant the right to enter Vietnam. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Vietnam Immigration Officer at the entry point. In case of denial or entry into Vietnam by the Immigration Officer, E Services shall not be liable to the applicant in any manner.
Applicants shall furnish the following proofs to the Immigration Officers at the Entry/Exit points:
Inquiries to the E Services is based on its unilateral understanding of applicant's inquiries and the limited information known and mastered by it in order to provide assistance for its applicants for their applications. No matter what circumstances, it cannot be interpreted that the E Services has made any promise or assurance, nor does it bear any other legal responsibility for the answers to applicant's inquiries.
Applicants acknowledge and agree that under no circumstances will the E Services be liable to them or anyone claiming through them for any indirect, incidental, special and/or consequential losses or damages of whatever nature, or for loss or profits, loss of opportunity, loss of business or goodwill or interruption of business, whether arising out of or in connection with their application and/or any of the application services, and whether or not relating to any act, error, omission or negligence by the E Services Counter or any officer, agent, employee and representative of the E Services.
This document is subject to entry permission by an Immigration Official at the time of actual entry and can be revoke at any time.
