Applying for Vietnam E-Visa: Guidelines and Procedure

Stage 1: Fulfill Required Information

Foreign nationals applying for a Vietnam E-visa must upload the following documents:

• Passport front page (Bio data page)
• Photograph (Straight face, looking forward without wearing glasses, color format)

Stage 2: Pay E-Visa Fee and Processing Fee

Pay the E-visa fee and processing fee. The application will be processed in 4 - 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Note: Express services are available. Travelers with urgent travel plans are advised to consider upgrading to the express service for quicker processing.

Stage 3: Check Your Current Status

Fill in your application details to check your Track Application. . If approved for an E-visa, print the E-visa to enter and exit Vietnam. Ensure all information is correct as per your passport to avoid application rejection due to missing or incorrect details.
